At Touche Prive International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
